Warranty
In the unfortunate event you need to claim warranty on any goods that Illumaspace have sold you, please get in contact with us at info@illumaspace.com.au.
Please note that Illumaspace acts as a reseller, therefore any warranties/returns and defective products must be referred back to original manufacturers policies for claims.
Illumaspace shall not be bound by nor responsible for any terms, conditions, representation or warranty other than that which is given by the original manufacturer of the goods.
The warranty period starts from the date of invoice from Illumaspace.
Any labour/machinery/access/hire or miscellaneous costs associated with the replacement goods are not covered under this warranty - this includes any removal or refit of any goods.
Replacement Goods will be equivalent in function, but not necessarily identical to the replaced goods. Repair, replacement or refund as contained in this warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty.
Illumaspace reserve the right to charge the customer for the replacement item and only provide a credit once returned item is inspected and confirmed faulty by the manufacturer. Shall a warranty claim be made and the goods are found to be operational or not covered under the manufacturers warranty, any shipping costs to return the unit back to the customer shall be borne by the customer and are applicable without notice.
